We hope that you would like to live in our building. Before you submit any paperwork, we would like you to view the specific apartment for which you want to apply. This helps ensure that you will be happy with your choice.
We show available apartments by appointment ONLY, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
To schedule an appointment and get an application, lease, and all paperwork, please call our office at 314-725-5757 and someone will be glad to assist you.
After you have seen the apartment...
If you know you want a specific apartment, please leave us a telephone message at our office that you would like it. THEN submit ALL of the following listed items to our office at:

The completed and signed (both sides) APPLICATION FOR TENANCY. |

The initialed and signed APARTMENT LEASE. |

A separate $25 check or money order for the credit check fee (if applicable) from each prospective tenant. We waive this fee for full-time students (12 hours or more) who provide all required student and school information on the application, but we do require good credit from students. |

A separate check or money order for the FULL security deposit. |
For those of you applying for an apartment in University City (63130), we also require the following:
- An additional $25 (can be included in the security deposit check) so that we may send that amount to University City to apply for your occupancy permit.
- From each occupant, a copy of your driver’s license or passport for the same purpose.
- Sign the University City “Application for Residential Occupancy” form.
